Bristlenose Plecos are a popular choice for aquarium enthusiasts due to their peaceful nature and ability to help keep an aquarium clean, do not mistake them for just a cleaner though as they produce a lot of waste on their own. 

WATER PARAMETER

Maintain a Water temperature of 73-81F, Proper water flow is a must for these fish as they come from fast flowing rivers in the wild.

TANKS SIZE
A minimum of 29 gallons is recommended for Bristlenose pleco's for water stability. An Additional 10 gallons of water is recommended for each additional pleco added to the aquarium.

DIET

Bristlenose pleco's are omnivores and require a diet that includes ad is not limited to Algae, Sinking pellets, Blanched vegetables, and driftwood. you can supplement with protein foods like bloodworms, shrimp, brine shrimp and more.
